Blasts accused set to join Maharashtra Bar Council

In custody for over a decade in the 2011 Mumbai triple blast case, accused Nadeem Akhtar has been granted permission by the special trial court to apply for membership of the Bar Council of Maharashtra. Akhtar competed his LLB degree from Mumbai University while in custody.
